The 2025 UAB Volleyball Team Camp will take place July17th through July 19th. We would love for your team to join us for 3 days of great training, team building and competition on UAB's campus in Southside Birmingham. 2022 was the first year Betsy Freeburg hosted a Team Camp in her tenure at UAB and it was a huge success. We hope you will join us as we continue to build this into one of the best high school volleyball team camps in the Southeast!
We are excited to announce that we will have a Residential option at this year’s camp! Gold Hall will host the teams that choose to stay on campus. There will still be a Commuter option for teams that are local or wish to lodge elsewhere.
Freeburg Volleyball Training Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number and age, grade level, and/or gender).

Schedule:
Camp will begin with check-in around 1:00pm on Day 1. There will be 7 on court sessions of 2-3 hours each with at least 1.5 hours of time for each team to have a court to itself. More than half of the camp will be competition and there will be a camp tournament during the last session. Each team will be assigned a coach for camp that will work with the team's coach and players to provide high level volleyball teaching and training. The UAB coaching staff will oversee this group of coaches that are hand-picked from high level college, club and high school programs across the country. In 2022, we employed coaches from NCAA Division 1, 2 and 3 and each team was also given an assistant coach from the UAB team. Camp will end after the camp tournament awards presentation around 4:00pm on July 19th.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be given at the discretion of Freeburg Volleyball Training LLC but will not exceed 90% of the amount initially paid to account for registration and administrative costs.
